Dwayne Alexander DiCicco, 25, disappeared on August 13, 1974, in Kalispell, Montana. He was last seen working as a heavy equipment operator in Columbia Falls, a few miles from his home. DiCicco, a Vietnam War veteran, had relocated to Montana a few years earlier and had recently celebrated his first wedding anniversary. His sudden disappearance raised concerns, especially after he failed to follow up on a routine call with his mother.
