In December of 2019, the life of James Gray, a 49-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Tulsa, Oklahoma. His body was discovered by a person walking their dog near a soccer field. An investigation revealed that he had been fatally shot in the head. This incident marked the 61st homicide in the city for that year.

Authorities quickly began to piece together the events leading to his death. Their investigation led them to two individuals, Randy Rowell, then 27, and Gina Hale, then 41. ...
