In the early morning hours of April 22, 1993, a routine traffic stop in the 5800 block of North Cincinnati Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma, turned tragic. Officer Constantine George 'Gus' Spanos, a male who had been with the Tulsa Police Department for a year and a half, pulled over a vehicle.
