It was on this evening that the life of 17-year-old Terron Yarbrough, a male student at the school, was cut short by gunfire. The shooting broke out after the conclusion of the game, creating a chaotic and fearful scene as attendees scrambled for safety. When the violence subsided, Yarbrough had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
