Damon Lee Boyd, a 29-year-old Native American man, went missing on May 27, 2014, after leaving a residential facility in Polk County, Minnesota. Boyd, who usually resided in Squaw Lake, Itasca County, has a history of mental illness and alcohol abuse, making him a vulnerable adult. He is a member of the Ojibwe Tribe and was last known to be trying to travel to Rosebud, Montana, where his father was from, although his exact whereabouts remain unknown.
Boyd was reportedly seen in the Fargo/Moorhead area in mid-July 2014, and there have been unconfirmed sightings of him in Bemidji, Minnesota, as late as 2016. Despite these possible sightings, no substantial leads have emerged. Boyd is described as 6'3" or 6'4", with brown hair and brown eyes, and he may wear glasses.
