Roy George Benn, a 59-year-old businessman from Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, was last seen on September 25, 1967. He was known to be financially stable, owning an apartment building and the St. Cloud Gas and Appliance Service. On the day of his disappearance, Benn had breakfast at King's Supper Club in Sartell around 4:00 a.m. and was last seen driving his metallic blue 1963 Buick Electra with Minnesota license plate 6DU516. Both Benn and his vehicle have been missing ever since.
