Michael Allan Megraw, a 30-year-old man from Rochester, Minnesota, went missing on September 11, 1992. Shortly before his disappearance, he had traveled to Katamik Lake in Manitoba, Canada, with his brother for a fishing trip over the Labor Day weekend. After the trip, Michael returned to Minnesota, but investigators suspect he returned to Katamik Lake alone between September 11 and September 24, 1992.

On October 3, 1992, a Department of Natural Resources officer noticed that Michael's truck had been parked in the same location near Katamik Lake since September 24. Concerned that the truck's owner might be a lost hunter, the officer reported it to the authorities. A subsequent investigation revealed that Michael had been in the area previously with his brother, but no signs of his whereabouts were found after an extensive search involving police service dogs.

Despite efforts by local law enforcement and search teams, Michael has never been located. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance remain unclear, and his case is still classified as unsolved.
