Ricky Lynn Rogers, a 57-year-old man from Cleveland, Tennessee, tragically passed away on April 20, 2020. He was fatally shot while trying to intervene in an assault incident. According to reports, Rogers was attempting to break up a physical altercation between Earl Maney, an 81-year-old landlord, and the owners of a business at 1407 Jones Avenue.
