Eric Michael Peterson, 24, was last seen on January 19, 2010, after leaving his home in Lakeville, Minnesota, which he shared with his father. Eric had planned to meet up with friends in Bloomington but never returned. Two days later, on January 21, his car was found abandoned and locked in the parking lot of Aqua Port, near the Minnesota River in Bloomington. Inside the vehicle, his wallet, car keys, and cell phone were left on the front seat, raising concern about his disappearance.
