Jose Jesus Millan, also known as Jose Jesus Alfredo Millan, was a 24-year-old Latino man who tragically lost his life on October 6, 2019, in West Covina, California. Millan was found dead in a brushy area outside the Big League Dreams sports park at 2100 South Azusa Avenue. His body was discovered after family members received an anonymous call reporting his death.
