Terrance Williams, a 55-year-old resident of West Covina, California, tragically lost his life on October 15, 2021. The incident occurred in a residential neighborhood on South Montezuma Way. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Williams was shot and pronounced dead at the scene.
