On a tragic day in May of 2019, the life of 26-year-old Joshua Andre Smith was cut short in a burst of gunfire at a Tulsa, Oklahoma apartment complex. The incident, which unfolded on Monday, May 20, at the Red Fox Apartments near 16th Street and Memorial Drive, also claimed the life of 23-year-old Marco Celestine Jr. and left two others wounded in what was described as a quadruple shooting.
