On December 7, 1992, Robert Phillips, 26, and his younger brother David were found murdered in their home located at 9817 S. Oswego Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The discovery was made by their parents, who had been out Christmas shopping that evening. Robert Phillips died from massive blunt force trauma, while his brother David succumbed to a gunshot wound.
