Marco Young was a 23-year-old African-American man from Tulsa, Oklahoma, whose life ended in a burst of violence on the evening of December 23, 2007. Two days before Christmas, he found himself in west Tulsa with a relative, in what began as an ordinary errand and ended as a devastating loss that rippled through his family and community.
