In the early morning hours of a Saturday in November 2010, the lives of two teenagers were tragically cut short on a street in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Keandre Miller, an 18-year-old male, and his friend, Michael Matthews, also 18, were discovered on Frankfurt Avenue with fatal gunshot wounds to the head. The grim discovery launched a homicide investigation by the Tulsa Police Department.
