Scott Jason Curts, aged 29, was found dead on September 15, 2007, outside the Birch Place Apartments near 31st and Garnett in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The authorities discovered Curts face down in the grass, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. It appeared that the incident began as an altercation involving a car, with evidence such as broken glass and shell casings found nearby.
