Benjamin Sheppard, aged 41, was found shot multiple times in his vehicle on September 19, 2015, in Philadelphia. Philadelphia police officers responded to the scene at 1:49 p.m. after receiving reports of a shooting. Sheppard was discovered inside a white 2014 Chevy Impala, parked on the 4000 block of East Cheltenham Avenue.
