On the warm evening of June 3, 2016, a burst of gunfire shattered the peace on the 1600 block of Mohican Street in Philadelphia. Twenty-four-year-old Terylon Bridges, a Black male, was seated inside a black Chevy Impala when the tranquility of the night was irrevocably broken. It was approximately 10:24 p.m. when an unidentified assailant approached the vehicle and unleashed a hail of bullets.
