Charles Harring

On a cold January day in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the life of Charles Harring, a 61-year-old Black / African American man, came to a sudden and tragic end. It was January 31, 2015, when a domestic dispute escalated to a fatal encounter within the walls of an apartment. The argument, with his wife Carolyn Harring, turned violent, culminating in Charles being shot in the stomach. He was rushed to St. John Medical Center, but the single gunshot wound proved to be fatal.
