In September of 2017, a dispute in the parking lot of a north Tulsa convenience store tragically escalated, cutting short the life of 38-year-old Walter Hogan. On that Friday evening, a fight involving several people broke out at Haney's Store. During the altercation, a handgun was produced, and shots were fired.
