In a wooded area near the railroad tracks in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the life of 40-year-old Alcides Monroig was tragically cut short on the night of February 24, 2024. Monroig, a male, was at a homeless encampment when the sound of gunfire shattered the midnight quiet.
