Jerome Keith Allen, a 22-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on February 6, 2017, in a police-involved shooting. According to reports, Allen was involved in a drug deal with undercover detectives from the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
