In the autumn of 2017, the life of 46-year-old Bryan Tinsley, a male resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, was tragically cut short. On the afternoon of September 17th, in a residential area of north Tulsa, Tinsley was fatally wounded in a shooting near East 42nd Place North and North Frankfurt Avenue.
