Kevin Hawkins, 42, was shot and killed in an apparent armed robbery on May 12, 2013, in the parking lot of the Lewiston Apartments in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Hawkins and his girlfriend were returning to their car when they were approached by a man armed with a handgun.
