On March 29, 2011, the body of 19-year-old Kendrich A. Shelton, a Black male, was discovered lying in a field in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The young man, who had aspirations of studying business at Tulsa Community College, was found at 2000 N. Quaker Ave. His life had been cut short, and the circumstances of his death immediately launched a homicide investigation.
