On December 7, 1992, 19-year-old David Phillips and his 26-year-old brother, Robert, were tragically murdered in their Tulsa, Oklahoma home. David was shot in the head while in a bedroom, likely as he woke up, while Robert was bludgeoned to death with an axe shortly after arriving home. The brothers' bodies were discovered by their parents when they returned home from Christmas shopping.
