In the summer of 2018, the life of 24-year-old Dustin Barham of Tulsa, Oklahoma, was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence. Barham, a male, was lured to a Tulsa apartment complex on July 25, 2018, through a dating app in what was supposed to be a romantic encounter.
