On March 15, 2004, Sirran Walker, aged 21, was shot to death in his vehicle while parked at 1317 S. Troost Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Witnesses reported hearing several gunshots before seeing Walker inside a red Lincoln Town Car. When police arrived, they found Walker had been shot, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident took place in the early hours of the morning, and the lack of witnesses posed significant challenges for the investigation.
