In the quiet hours of a Monday evening in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the life of a young man was tragically cut short, leaving behind a mystery that continues to baffle investigators. On March 15, 2004, Sirran Denall Walker, a 21-year-old male, was discovered shot to death inside his red Lincoln Town car. The vehicle was parked in front of a residence at 1317 S. Troost, where the discovery sent a ripple of shock and sorrow through the community.
