On a Saturday evening in Tulsa, Oklahoma, what was supposed to be the sale of a firearm turned into a fatal encounter for 18-year-old Montaevion Hall. On November 16, 2019, the Central High School senior, known to his friends and family as 'Tae,' was shot and killed at Norvell Park. Hall, who was an athlete and had plans to attend college after his upcoming graduation, was remembered by his mother as a kind-hearted and loving individual who was the rock for his younger siblings.
