On a summer evening in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the life of a local business owner was tragically cut short in a case that remains a mystery to this day. Francisco Perez, the proprietor of the Labamba Cantina bar at 3202 E. 15th Street, was found deceased by his wife inside his establishment on June 3, 1990. An investigation into his death determined that he had been shot, and the wound proved to be fatal.
