In January of 1983, concerns grew for Charles Samuel 'Sam' Baim, a 32-year-old real estate broker who had made Tulsa, Oklahoma his home for the previous five years. A native of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Baim was a professional with Remax 100 Realtors. His life, however, was cut tragically short in a violent encounter that has remained a mystery for decades.
