On a summer day in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the body of a man was discovered, setting in motion a mystery that would endure for decades. On August 14, 1999, at approximately 10:55 in the morning, the remains of Gary Lee Wixon were found lying on a gravel road. The male victim was located in Northeast Tulsa near some train tracks, and at the time of the discovery, he had no identification with him.
