In the summer heat of Tulsa, Oklahoma, a life was tragically cut short in a violent encounter. Thirty-seven-year-old Fredrick Miles, a male, found himself in a dire situation on a Tuesday afternoon. He had sustained a gunshot wound and, in a desperate attempt to get help, managed to flag down an ambulance in the parking lot of a Warehouse Market grocery store. Despite the quick response, his injuries proved to be fatal, and he died shortly after.
