On August 6, 2024, 37-year-old Frederick Miles was fatally shot in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The incident occurred near the intersection of South Lewis Avenue and East 3rd Street. A woman flagged down an EMSA ambulance in the parking lot of the Warehouse Market grocery store, seeking assistance for Miles, who was suffering from a severe gunshot wound.
