On a cold December evening in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the life of 33-year-old Randy Byers-Cole was tragically cut short. On December 16, 2020, Byers-Cole, a male, was found with a fatal gunshot wound in the driver's seat of a car that had crashed into a tree. The incident unfolded around 6:30 p.m. near the intersection of East 48th Street North and North Peoria Avenue, a scene that would quickly become the focus of a homicide investigation.
