On June 23, 1979, 71-year-old Yarkin S. Harley was found dead in Tulsa, Oklahoma. His body was discovered lying between two cars at 108 East Archer Street around 11:30 p.m. Harley had suffered blunt force trauma and a stab wound to the neck.
