Do you know who murdered Herbert?
On June 6, 1994, Herbert Neal Davis was found dead outside a residence on East Young Place in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Several people were inside the house when suspects attempted to break in. In response, the homeowner fired shots to defend the property. During the altercation, shots were also fired from outside the residence. Davis, later identified as one of the suspects attempting the break-in, was shot and killed in the exchange. It remains unclear who fired the fatal shot.
