In the summer of 2013, the quiet life of 48-year-old Wayne Bell, a former juvenile detention center counselor, was tragically cut short. On the morning of June 28, his body was discovered near the curbside trash can outside his north Tulsa home in the 4500 block of East Young Court. It was later determined he had been deceased for several hours, the victim of a fatal shooting.
