In the late hours of a Thursday night in Oklahoma City, a violent encounter cut short the life of 40-year-old Dwan Scott, a Caucasian male. On October 24, 2019, police were called to a residence in the 1900 block of NW 12th Street shortly before midnight, following multiple reports of gunshots. Inside the home, a grim scene awaited the first responders. Scott, along with three other individuals, had been shot.
