In the early morning hours of a July weekend, a life was tragically cut short in southwest Oklahoma City. Jacob Crawford, a 17-year-old White male, was with friends during the holiday weekend when violence erupted. Just after 1:15 a.m. on July 6, 2025, police responded to reports of gunfire at an apartment complex near Southwest 15th Street.
