Nancy Kitzmiller, a 24-year-old woman from Saint Charles, Missouri, was tragically murdered on May 3, 1992. She was found shot to death in the back room of Boot Village, a retail store located in the Bogey Hills Plaza on Zumbehl Road. Nancy was working as a sales clerk at the time of her death. The police responded to the scene around 2:30 PM after receiving a report of a possible homicide. Upon arrival, they discovered Nancy's body and pronounced her dead at the scene.
