Jane Mary Moeckel, aged 61, tragically lost her life on December 28, 2018, in Saint Charles, Missouri. Jane, along with her daughter Kate Kasten and grandchildren Jonathan and Zoe, were victims of a horrific shooting incident. The police responded to a report of an active shooting at approximately 11:55 PM on December 28, 2018.
