Norman 'Gabe' Pugh, a 49-year-old male and disabled Army veteran, was tragically killed on April 25, 2021, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Pugh, who had served tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan, found a sense of community among fellow veterans at his apartment complex near NW 18th and Youngs Boulevard. On the day of the incident, he was returning home when he was senselessly shot in the back in the breezeway of the complex.
