Norman 'Gabe' Pugh, a 49-year-old male and disabled Army veteran, was tragically killed on April 25, 2021, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Pugh, who had served tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan, found a sense of community among fellow veterans at his apartment complex near NW 18th and Youngs Boulevard.
