On the evening of March 29, 2020, in Oklahoma City, 39-year-old Louis Blake, a Black male, was found deceased inside a vehicle. The discovery was made in the 3300 block of Northeast 16th Street, near North Bryant Avenue, after police responded to a shooting report at approximately 8:20 p.m. It was apparent to the responding officers that Blake had been fatally shot.
