Eric Wayne Shanks, aged 33, was tragically shot and killed on September 28, 2015, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. His body was discovered near the Windsor Village Apartments in the northwest part of the city. The incident occurred just before 10 p.m., and despite immediate response, Shanks was pronounced dead shortly after the shooting.
