In the late hours of a Friday night in Oklahoma City, the sound of gunshots shattered the residential calm, leading to the tragic death of 40-year-old Andre Neal. On October 14, 2023, police were dispatched to a home at 1917 NW 36th St. around 10 p.m. following reports of gunfire.

Upon their arrival, officers discovered a grim scene in the backyard of the residence. Two men had been struck by gunfire. One of the victims, Charles Ingram, a 48-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene. ...
