Jacqueline Frazier, a 26-year-old woman, was tragically murdered on July 21, 1986. Her death was part of a series of violent crimes committed by Wilbur Jennings, who was convicted of multiple first-degree murders, including that of Frazier. Jennings was also found guilty of numerous other felonies, including forcible sexual assaults, robberies, arsons, and kidnapping for robbery.
