In the winter of 2022, the life of 30-year-old Nickolas Jazz Norwood, a male resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, was tragically cut short. On the morning of January 11th, a concerned neighbor discovered the door to Norwood's apartment ajar and upon entering to check on him, found him deceased.
