In the fall of 2015, the life of 18-year-old Tomas Rodriguez was tragically cut short in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On the evening of October 5th, a violent encounter unfolded in the 3800 block of East Xyler Street. It was there that Rodriguez was shot, an act that would prove fatal. Authorities later found him inside his car, which had crashed into a parked vehicle as a result of the shooting. He was suffering from a gunshot wound and was immediately transported to a local hospital for medical attention.
