On a summer evening in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the life of 18-year-old Kourtland McFrazier was cut tragically short. It was July 14, 2021, and McFrazier was walking with friends at the Savannah Landing apartments located near 61st and Peoria. In an instant, a single gunshot changed everything.
