In the early morning hours of October 13, 1970, a grim discovery was made in the residence above Fletcher's Bar at 612 E. Easton Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Frank Fletcher, a male, was found deceased by his common-law wife at approximately 1:00 a.m. He had been brutally beaten to death. The investigation into his murder revealed that he was last seen alive late in the evening on October 12th, tending to his business with several patrons inside.
