In the early morning hours of October 13, 1970, a grim discovery was made in the residence above Fletcher's Bar at 612 E. Easton Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Frank Fletcher, a male, was found deceased by his common-law wife at approximately 1:00 a.m. He had been brutally beaten to death.
